Mon Valley Habitat ReStore
What is a ReStore?
A ReStore is a furniture store, a book store, a home goods store, a home improvement store, a place to donate, a place to volunteer and so much more. And the best part? It’s all for a good cause!
Our Habitat ReStore is open to the public and sells new and gently-used furniture, appliances, home décor, building materials and more at a fraction of the retail price. We mark our prices down on a regular basis—and we have a large variety of daily and weekly sales, so there’s always a bargain to be had. All proceeds from the ReStore are used to help build strength, stability, self-reliance through the construction of safe, decent and affordable housing for hard-working individuals & families in our community.
Tuesday – Saturday: 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Need to donate stuff?
Remodeling, cleaning, down-sizing or just getting organized? Whatever your project, don’t let the items you no longer need end up in your local landfill.
Habitat ReStores divert hundreds of tons from landfills each year, accepting hard-to-dispose-of items including new and used furniture, appliances and surplus building materials. In many cases, pickup service is provided for large items.
Best of all, proceeds from the sale of these donated goods help our neighbors build a foundation for the future.
need paint? no problem!
- Support Mon Valley Habitat for Humanity’s objectives of building safe, decent homes by partnering with individuals & families currently living in substandard housing.
- Reduce or eliminate disposal costs.
- Keep useful materials out of landfills to be reused by those who need them.
- Your donation is often tax deductible.
- Help provide new or gently used merchandise to the public at a discounted price.
When the items you donate to ReStore are sold, the money helps us build safe, decent and affordable homes. The money raised by our Habitat ReStore helps individuals & families achieve the strength, stability and independence they need to build a better future.
We make the donation process as simple as possible. You can always donate goods in person during ReStore business hours (up until 30 minutes before closing). We also offer free donation pick-ups for larger items/larger quantities. Any questions or concerns, feel free to call us at 304-291-2991 ext. 0.
