Media
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
Contact forms
Mon Valley Habitat for Humanity keeps personal information (name, address, phone number, email, and income information) identified in pre-application form submissions for one (1) year for customer service purposes only. We do not use the information submitted through them for marketing purposes. We don’t share your personal information with anyone except to comply with the law, develop our programs, or protect our rights. We don’t store personal information submitted through contact forms on our servers unless required for the on-going operation of one of our services.

A cookie is a small file browsers use to store information about a user’s interaction with a site during their session, or each time you visit the website. Mon Valley Habitat for Humanity uses cookies to help Mon Valley Habitat for Humanity identify and track visitors, their usage of the Mon Valley Habitat for Humanity website, and their website access preferences. How long we retain your data
Mon Valley Habitat for Humanity keeps personal information (name, address, phone number, email, and income information) identified in pre-application form submissions for one (1) year for customer service purposes only. For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). MVHFH’s website administrators can also see and edit that information.
What rights you have over your data
You can request that we erase any personal data entered into our contact form or pre-application form. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
