Free pickup is available for larger items or quantities in Marion, Monongalia, and Preston counties.
The ReStore picks up donations Monday-Friday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. (last time slot is 3:30 p.m.). Pickups are assigned a zone and day based on the address of the donor. To accurately determine what zone your address falls within, please call the ReStore. This list is not meant to be all inclusive but as a general reference for pickup zones.

Before our arrival, donations should be moved to the garage (opened) or outside. This is to ensure a contact-less pickup and practicing of safe, social distancing.
First and foremost, our priority is the safety of our donors and our staff. Donation Ambassadors may refuse your donation if removing or transporting it is likely to be dangerous or to cause damage to property.
